Bug Description
currently adb/adbd unset the executable bit if you push/pull a file, timestamps are also not preserved it seems.
in cases where you test code on a device and then pull the tested script directly into your source tree (to prevent typos aand transfer related bugs in the code) you have to remember to set the executable bit again.
this is suboptimal and easily forgotten. we should check if this "feature" can be disabled.
