The anbox-session-manager can't be started for lxc newer then 4.0.8 See issue https://github.com/anbox/anbox/issues/1801 and fix seams commited in https://github.com/pablofsf/anbox/commit/a5e7d1a61fb93923b3a5121350bab7fcb6122b3f but thats a forked git, so no upstream fix yet.
