Bug Description
Given there's 2 Tucker's Liberty No. 35's
http://
and
http://
respectively,
and one of them (ie Volume IX) actually has an article on Proudhon & Marx ("Marx versus Proudhon.") which has text on page 2 of the document...but it appears to me (...unless I'm mistaken, but I'm not seeing it) that none of the quote
<quote>"For Karl Marx, the 'egalitaire', we feel the profoundest respect; as for Karl Marx, the 'authoritaire', we must consider him an enemy. . . . Proudhon was years before Marx [in discussing the struggle of the classes and the privileges and monopolies of capital]. . . . The vital difference between Proudhon and Marx [was] to be found in their respective remedies which they proposed. Man would nationalise the productive and distributive forces; Proudhon would individualise and associate them. Marx would make the labourers political masters; Proudhon would abolish political mastership entirely . . . Man believed in compulsory majority rule; Proudhon believed in the voluntary principle. In short, Marx was an 'authoritaire'; Proudhon was a champion of Liberty." [Liberty, no. 35, p. 2]</quote>
is actually present.
Nevermind
"individualise" might be best spelled as individualize, and
"Man" in two cases should probably be Marx (it's a juxtaposition of Marx and Proudhon, not "Man" and Proudhon, and it makes a lot more sense in that way)
...it just doesn't appear to be a quote at all, which isn't all that surprising given the "..." use.
This text had to come from somewhere, despite how chopped up it is, so it might be a matter that it's a quote of something else.
Might be better to just do away with the fact that it's a quote and replace it with something like:
"For Tucker, Proudhon was years before Marx in discussing the struggle of the classes and the privileges and monopolies of capital and the vital difference between Proudhon and Marx was to be found in their respective remedies which they proposed. Marx would nationalize the productive and distributive forces; Proudhon would individualize and associate them. Marx would make the labourers political masters; Proudhon would abolish political mastership entirely. Marx believed in compulsory majority rule; Proudhon believed in the voluntary principle. In short, Tucker considered Marx was an 'authoritaire'; and Proudhon a champion of Liberty and 'egalitaire'. Tucker thus considered Marx an enemy."

"Man" has been changed to "Marx" in the above 2 spots but the misquote is still present.
