Bug Description

<quote>"However, by 1880, the year before Tucker started Liberty, the number of self-employed had fallen to approximately 33% of the working population. Now it is less than 10%. [Samuel Bowles and Herbert Gintis, Schooling in Capitalist America, p. 59]"</quote>

I was curious about this so I looked this up. A couple of different places online all pointed to the World Bank as the most recent survey to determine this, and indeed the trend has continued just as predicted, since "Schooling in Capitalist America" was originally penned (1976). Although there's going to be some random movement in this metric over time, it seems to be pretty safe to use the World Bank as a more recent and relevant source(2011).
