anacron is started before ldap user accounts are accessible

Bug Description

Having @reboot for users provided by ldap via sssd do not work, as their account is only listed in the passwd database after sssd startup has finished. Currently anacron reports something like "cron[1029]: (username) ORPHAN (no passwd entry)".

this is really *trivial* to fix and this important for Linux desktop enterprise enviroments.

Can you please get the dependency of cron and sssd get fixed?
