Bug Description

aMule Gui crash when start on Ubuntu 14.10:

$ amulegui
Fatal Error: Mismatch between the program and library build versions detected.
The library used 2.8 (no debug,Unicode,compiler with C++ ABI 1002,wx containers,compatible with 2.6),
and your program used 2.8 (no debug,Unicode,compiler with C++ ABI 1009,wx containers,compatible with 2.6).

Its works if used the library libwxbase2.6, instead of 2.8.

The wxwidgets2.8 packages were removed some time ago.

For wxwidgets3.0 this has been patched to be a warning not a fatal error for several years now, which addressed the bug here. The warning is accurate, and it's safest to rebuild the application package when you see it.

The amule package will have been rebuilt with a newer GCC due to newer versions being packaged, so closing in amule too.
