As you can see in the package amsn in intrepid

http://packages.ubuntu.com/intrepid/i386/amsn/filelist

There is no "/usr/share/doc/amsn/READMEpt_BR"

Instead that file is in amsn-data:

http://packages.ubuntu.com/intrepid/all/amsn-data/filelist

The same happens with jaunty:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/i386/amsn/filelist
http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/all/amsn-data/filelist

Are you sure that you installed amsn from the ubuntu repository?

Yep, you are installing a package which is not in the ubuntu archive which is causing the problem.
This bug seems invalid to me, can i close it?

Nicolò, the amsn pacakge you are upgrading is not from an ubuntu repository, please check your /etc/apt/sources.list and clean it from not official repositories, then perform the upgrade.
