There is a symlink, but the /etc/cron.
On another ubuntu server (upgraded since karmic) the /etc/cron.

I have set this up in 3 different maverick VM's and I cannot reproduce this bug.
I would be interested to know if you can reproduce this behavior?
Best regards
Charlie

Right now I can´t reproduce this behavior. I think this might happen in one case of a million.
I installed a large list of packages (which I had on my "old" Maverick Server) at the same time. Maybe apt failed.

unbekannt1984,
Thanks for the bug report. I just did a new install of ampache- 3.5.4-7ubuntu1 on a fresh maverick install. On my system /etc/ampache/ ampache. cron.daily is symlinded to /etc/cron. daily/ampache and is working correctly.
unbekannt1984 would you please check that there is a symlink between
/etc/ampache/ ampache. cron.daily ==> /etc/cron. daily/ampache
unbekannt1984, was this a new install or upgrade?
