import filechooser does not show current folder

From 11.10, due to changing behavior of gtk filechooserDialog, the dialog only show "Recently used" and I cannot see current folder when I try to open or import file.

I can see the current folder by adding following line in ui_study_cb.c.
  gtk_file_chooser_set_current_folder(GTK_FILE_CHOOSER(file_chooser), temp_str);
