Bug Description

Binary package hint: amavisd-new

I updated from amavisd-new 2.4.2 to 2.5.3 and encountered a small problem:
the file /etc/amavis/conf.d/25-amavis_helpers has a change:

$unix_socketname = "/var/run/amavis/amavis.sock";
has been changed to
$unix_socketname = "/var/lib/amavis/amavis.sock";

which is fine with me, BUT the tool "amavisd-release" has the old socket
[line 82] $socketname = '/var/run/amavis/amavisd.sock';
hardcoded, and therefor fails. I don't know where you want the socket to be - but one of these files needs a change ;) [i will add a comment if i encounter this somewhere else too!]

  * Update debian/patches/40_fix_paths.dpatch to use the new path (/var/lib)
    for amavis-release (LP: #199124)
