Bug Description
Binary package hint: amarok
See the upstream bug:
Having upgraded from a standard Amarok 1 installation using an sqlite database,
my collection and playlist completely mix up the metadata for songs. The title
is displayed correctly, but everything else seems to be grabbed arbitrarily
from other items in the collection. A screenshot of the metadata editing dialog
summarizes the problem by showing both the filename and the metadata, which
clearly do not match the filename.
Description: Ubuntu jaunty (development branch)
Release: 9.04

I can confirm this bug. This actually happened to me without having an update, I was using it normally and then it just crashed. on boot the metadata was messed up, I just deleted the database information by deleting the ~/.kde/share/amarok file and rescanned. This has only happened once so I tough it was a random error.
