Bug Description

Binary package hint: amarok

Removing files from playlist to trash fails. From Playlist>Right Click a file>Manage Files> Delete Files.
A following pop up window appears:

Could not start process Unable to create io-slave: klauncher said: Unknown protocol 'trash'

However, directly deleting the files, instead of sending them to trash, works.

Amarok version: 1.4.10
Ubuntu Version: Intrepid Beta

I can confirm this bug too. Since updating to Intrepid Ibex, moving songs to trash is not working.

This bug happened because in Amarok 1.4.10 required a KDE3 component that was no longer available in Intrepid. Now that Amarok is a KDE4 application, this will not happen in Jaunty onwards. (You can also use the Amarok2 packages for Intrepid to avoid this bug)
