Bug in Amarok 1.4.9.1
The "Configure device settings" pop-up window (the one you get to by tapping the button with three cogs on it next to each media player in the media player preferences) is too big. This means that on my laptop with its 1280 x 800 display the "enter" and "cancel" buttons are off the bottom of the screen and can only be accessed with the tab key and some guesswork.
What ought to happen is either that the window gets reorganised to be a lot shorter—short enough to fit a low-resolution screen with a gnome/kde panel—or else the window should be made scrollable.

In Amarok 2 there isn't a device settings dialog since media devices are automatically detected thanks to Solid, the device layer in KDE4.
