Bug Description

Binary package hint: amarok

My girlfriend uses Edgy Kubuntu. She has a video iPod & uses amarok exclusively to manage its music library.
Yesterday she tried to transfer an mp4 video to the ipod using amarok:
amarok claimed the transfers were completed, would not then allow disconnect, konqueror could not unmount etc., amarok died.
=> girlfriend stumped, required my intervention to (very quickly) fix.

Upstream, amarok have said (as far as I know) that they will not support video, feature creep etc..
HOWEVER the app gave no feedback that the file transfer would not work;konqueror did not explain WHY the device couldn't be unmounted, or offer a fix.
There is a usability issue here somewhere... even if it's upstream.

I have amarok on hardy (8.04) downloading video podcasts and transferring the video files just fine to my ipod classic. I therefore believe this bug to have been fixed.
