Bug Description
When launching the audio player moc, when Ubuntu's volume is set to be allowed to go over "100%", and when it is over 100%, the player fails to launch, with:
```
Running the server...
Trying JACK...
Trying ALSA...
mocp: alsa.c:319: alsa_read_
FATAL_ERROR: Server exited!
```
Similarly, when using the player, if the system volume is increased over the "100%" mark, e.g. using the keyboard/OS volume keys, the player crashes.
