I realised that there are no device listed in the Sound Properties, and no more possibilities to choose other thing than Pulse.
I had done some files for pulseaudio before in my ~/.pulse directory.
I renamed it (to save it) and restart my pc: => The sound is back!!!!

I guess that what I used before (alsa-sink, equalizer, etc) has changed...
