Bug Description

Currently Via82xx users with dxs support in Dapper need manually to unmute the 'VIA DXS' mixer element and set it to a non-zero level to hear sounds. These steps can be automated in the initscript for alsa-utils. Attached is a patch against Dapper's current alsa-utils accomplishing this task.

The above patch unmutes and sets to a sane level the 'VIA DXS' mixer element for certain Via82xx users, allowing them to have audible sound out-of-the-box.
