Bug Description

No audio from the speakers since I installed Ubuntu 12.04. I haven't tried headphones as I don't usually use them with this computer. I have searched for a solution that works without success.
I am new to Ubuntu.

In case it isn't obvious, the problem is with a Dell XPS M2010.

Also, I should add that the problem affects ALL the speakers even though the tool that popped up to gather info only let me specify one of them.
