Bug Description
[HP Pavilion dv6500 Notebook PC, Conexant CX20549 (Venice), Pink Mic, Front] No sound at all
After a clean install of Ubuntu 11.04, internal Mic doesn't work, on a HP Pavillion dv6000 notebook.
This problem did not happen in previous versions of Ubuntu.
Another problem that might be related is a speaker "pop" whenever audio driver is used by Totem, Audacity, Mozilla or other programs.
Can you help me?

I'm sorry to say that due to the amount of problems that version 11.04 have with my HP Pavilion, I decided to go back to version 10.10. I spent almost three months trying to solve these problems, but have not had much success. The community can not provide the needed support, so this is the only option to not give up free software.
