Bug Description

Hi, I have problem with my laptop FS Amilo Pro V2055. My external speaker (or headphones and so on) doesn't work. In Windows XP it works. Internal speaker is still OK. I don't know why.

Thanks for your bug report. We could use some more information about your hardware to be able to troubleshoot this bug. Could you please add the output of 'lspci -vvn' and 'dmesg' to your bug report? Additionally which version of Ubuntu did you notice this with?

thanks for your interest. I see this bug in Ubuntu 6.10 Edgy Eft and in "unstable" Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn.

Hello,

audio-output on my laptop is now working. How? I enabled in sound configuration "Duplicate Front". I can to change volume only with PCM - it must be enabled (not normal via icon on the panel). Sound is good, but too "3D".

Can in next version of Ubuntu (7.04) this sound card enabled by standard? I wish the icon on the top panel is functionally.

Why??? I hate this error! Audio output in my laptop is very complicated
for using with normal user... my god
