Bug Description

ALSA driver failed to install, again and again. Please advice.

1) Release: 10.10

3) Sound from speakers and headphones.
4) Currently no sound at all.

Looks like a resource conflict. Can you try using a live cd to
reproduce this symptom?

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
