Interesting, I don't see anything about snd-oxygen. What happens when you load it manually? Does /proc/asound/version indicate that you're using the ppa daily build of the sound drivers?

/proc/asound/version gives me this:
"Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version 1.0.23.
Compiled on Dec 3 2010 for kernel 2.6.35-23-generic (SMP)."

What happens when you attempt to load the module? Can you also try physically swapping slots on the mainboard?

Ehm, how can I load the module manually? I'm relatively new in Ubuntu
I can try a different PCI slot

It won't appear to do anything, but can you verify that the driver didn't
detect and initialize the hardware? See `dmesg`.

Done, changed PCI slot, I loaded the module again and wrote the dmesg command, but it gave me this "driver loaded but no devices found"
Here's the whole output

Ah, it looks like you need to wait til Clemens's latest work from alsa-kernel.git is merged into sound-2.6.git master. Currently that code isn't being built (because it doesn't exist) in the daily alsa-driver builds.
