But I can't find it...

Can Someone who knows what they are doing respond to this post on how to fix this. I tried all the steps and they are not working. I need this fixed ASAP. I want the fix for this not stuff on how to install alsa as this is clearly not working nor the fix.

Ubuntu is recognizing my onboard soundcard but does not seem to have the correct drivers nor can I find them anywhere on the internet. Please find a fix for this

Bug #662299 includes several problems with similar symptoms and the same workaround (booting with "pci=use_crs").

Booting with "pci=use_crs" may be a workaround for this bug as well. If it is, please attach a complete dmesg log here so we can make the kernel work even without the "pci=use_crs" option.
