Bug Description
Yeah, no sound at all.
Before; in 10.04 I had sound play through both headphones and speakers at the same time (so the driver was a bit buggy anyway), now just nothing.

Please open the file /etc/modprobe. d/alsa- base.conf as root, and add the following line to the end of the file:
options snd-hda-intel model=acer- aspire- 7730g
Save the file, and reboot. Please test to see whether you have sound. Please also test to see whether the internal speakers are muted when you connect headphones.
