No sound in front audio jack, lucid, Intel ICH8

Bug Description

Hello,

I am using Lucid 32bit gnome. I am not getting audio from front audio jack.

I have tried options like pavucontrol , but no luck.

I am also attaching alsa-info. Please let me know if any more data is required.

does your motherboard have orange and grey jack at rear panel ?

add the following line to /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

 options snd-hda-intel model=3stack

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
