Bug Description
Sound works for output via default device (speakers) but doesn't switch between headphones, mic, etc when plugged in. Worked with some alsa configuration in 9.10, but sound was not working

Any progress/updates on this ? I have the same issue with my hp dv4z (same soundcard). Speakers work, microphone doesn't.
I am running ubuntu lucid on this laptop.
