HP dv6-2170us require quirk for jack sensing to mute speakers

Bug Description
The following quirk should be included in a future version of alsa. Without it, plugging in the headphones plays audio through speakers and headphones (expected it to mute speakers).

That quirk seems odd. Shouldn't you be using a different quirk? The Dell quirks tend to be tied to their BIOSes...
