[82YU, Realtek ALC257, Mic, Internal] No sound at all

Though playback works fine through inbuilt speakers, the inbuilt microphone in Ubuntu 22.04.3 installed in Lenovo V15 Gen4 AMN (AMD Ryzen 5 7520U with Radeon Graphics) laptop does not work. For now, the work is being managed by attaching an external headphohe set to listen to and record audio.

Hence, please look into this matter and provide a solution.By the way, to confirm that there is defect the hardware, Windows Home was installed and microphone was found to be working absolutely fine there.
