Bug Description

I was using WINDOWS operating system. The speakers worked very well there. first I used Linux Mint, when the sound didn't work, I installed ubuntu but it didn't work in any way. on first install dummy output was written on the sound panel in the settings. I searched on Google why this problem was caused, but many people with similar problems could not find a solution.
