Occasionally there will be noise, similar to current sound. If the sound source is turned off immediately after the noise is generated, the system will delay about one to two seconds to turn off the sound

I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.
