It's either caused by ALSA or pulse. I've tried multiple "solutions", but nothing worked so far.
I'd really like if audio worked normally, as this is making me hard to do video meetings on my Ubuntu rig, which I use for development.

When the issue occurred first, I was using STOCK settings. Only thing that I've added to pulse conf was an auto-select for the correct devices:
```
set-default-sink 0
set-default-source 2
```

I did try the following to no avail:
`load-module module-udev-detect tsched=0`
`load-module module-echo-cancel source_name=noechosource sink_name=noechosink`

`pulseaudio -k` seems to fix the sound for a few minutes.

As I've read, many Ryzen owners have similar issues. I'm more than willing to try out different package versions, settings - you name it.
