2020-07-06 14:43:51 FAUVE Sylvain description Ubuntu Release : ubuntu 20.04 LTS release 20.04 Driver : alsa-base : 1.0.25+dfsg-0ubuntu5 On Galaxy Book Ion (model NP950XCJ-X01, from 2020) The audio device (AKG Stereo Speakers) is detected as : sof-hda-dsp Profile : Play HiFi quality music But I get no sound either from the speakers of headphone jack. Guessing a driver issue, hardware not properly detected. Note : Laptop was provided with windows10, no sound ok here (so it's not an hardware issue). Thanks.
