Bug Description

If I open Firefox or Chrome or any other app to play anything with sound, I get no sound, unless I run ~$ sudo alsa force-reload first.

Before upgrading from Bionic to Disco I didn't have to do this.

Thank you for your bug report. Do you still get the bug if you uninstall "timidity"? That looks similar to bug #1793640

I tried that just now, uninstalled timidity, did an apt update and dist-upgrade and even reboot after that. Still the same.
