Bug Description

I've tried this solution:
https://itsfoss.com/fix-sound-ubuntu-1304-quick-tip/

and so many solutions were similar to this. But they didn't work. I know that upgrading my kernel version from 4.18.5 to 4.20 will fix it. But I don't want to do that since 4.20 isn't a stable version.

Is there any other way that someone could offer? I'll be grateful folks.
