[Vostro 14-3468, Realtek ALC3246, Speaker, Internal] No sound at all

all of sudden Sounds stops coming from internal speakers of laptop.
restart didn't helped me. even i have tried upgrade and update also.
nothing work.
but when i connect with headphone(external) sounds come.
but laptop internal speaker not working
