Bug Description

1) the release of Ubunutu - Description:Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS Release: 16.04
2) Unable to locate package pkgname

I have a HP laptop i3 7th gen. when i first installed Ubunutu 16.04 sounds worked like a charm. then recently sound was so bad i couldn't hear even with maximum volume. an today it won't work at all. pulseaudio shows dummy output. But when i connect my bluetooth speaker sound works.
