Bug Description
Audio output of last item in the Sound->Applications list is turned off by (possibly) any new process that enables sound. I observed this behaviour by playing a Video while using Chrome or Firefox. A Teamspeak notification also seemed to mute sound in the Video.

It was suggested on the Teamspeak forums that this is related to the PulseAudio "role cork" function... a "feature" related to stream tagging. This may fix. I've been unable to test it as of yet. default. pa
