[Precision WorkStation T5400, Nvidia GPU 70 HDMI/DP, Digital Out, HDMI] No sound at all

After I replaced my previous Nvidia graphics card with Nvidia GeForce Titan X gpu, I do not hear any sound for audio files i.e. I hear no sound at all. I dont see any output devices in Sound settings.
