[USB-Audio - AxTel USB HEADSET, playback] Playback problem

Hi Team,

I have Axtel USB Headset, it works fine for a while, all of sudden it gets disable, I verify the usb port is fine this problem comes only with the Headset device.

my system is up to date updates.

kindly let me know what could be the problem and how to fix it.
