seem you are using old version of alsa driver

new version won't create three input sources when there is mic and internal mic (auto mic selection)

Simple mixer control 'Input Source',0

  Item0: 'Internal Mic'

you have to provide output of alsa-info.sh before and after pm ? (working and non working)

why do the output of alsa-info (speaker not working) missing many important info (e.g.alsactl,..amixer, sysfs pin cfg) ?

it is normal the speaker is muted when either one of the headphone jack is plugged

just to recap.
upon startup. alsa's speaker is @ 0 and muted
I have to unmute it and raise the speaker level in order to use the onboard speaker.
After that the speaker does mute when headphones are inserted,
nothing changes in alsamixer
