as bios did not setup pin default

you need to find out hp jack and mic jack by

 hdajacksensetest -a

when you plugged hp and mic jack

fix up the pin default by hdajackretask

and find the speaker and internal mic from the remaining pin complex by trial and err

Through trial, I was able to find out that the sound works with the kernel http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.3.8-quantal/
Since kernel 3.4 sound does not work.

when you are running 3.3.8 kernel

you can use hda-analyzer to toggle the mute switch of node 0x14, 0x15, and node 0x16 to find out which node is headphone , speakers
