[MacBookPro11,3, Cirrus Logic CS4208, Pink Mic] Combo jack not recognized.

New Macbook comes with a four-conductor TRRS jack for headset.

With headset plugged in the microfone is recognized on Mac os-x. Ubuntu recognizes the external headphones but not the microphone.
