Bug Description

Looks a bit like #1016825 but I have different logging I think. Pulseaudio has worked better for me for the past few weeks, had it occuring, but as it starts straight after a reboot, I just rebooted again, and then the problem didn't appear. But no after 2 reboots it stays.

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
