Bug Description
I upgraded to Ubunto 13.10 this afternoon. Since the upgrade, my speakers make a rythmic sound, one beat per somewhat less than a second. When I scroll a window, like in Chrome, there's additional noise. When I turn up the sound volume, there's additional random noise.
I have been using the same hardware setup for about a year now, no changes. I have never experience this before. I have Spotify installed, for a bout six months now. I can't think of any other change than the Ubuntu upgrade that could have caused this noise. It's not very loud, just too loud to ignore.
If there's anything I can do to help, let me know.
