I plug my headphone on the back; But my problem is not about sound in my
headset but with my mic, I did a recording and some tests with google
hangout, steam and all have a strange "noise" or something like that.

I got the exact same problem. I even went out and bought me a new headset just to be 100% sure that it wasn't just the set that was broken, but it wasn't.

It started after I upgraded to 13.10. I have since then done a new, complete fresh install with no change.

Oddly enogh it seems this only affect headset mics. I got a plain USB table mic from Logitech who still works, but none of my (now) two headset mics are working properly. Also, the new headset has it's own audio interface (via USB) with no difference, so it can't just be the analogue onboard audio jacks either.
