front headphones work perfect in ubuntu 12.04 LTS. after a fresh instllation of 13.04 - no sound comming out of headphones only front speakers are working.

I had this problem and i fix it. Adding this line to file alsa-base.conf:
options snd-hda-intel model=inv-dmic
I add this line after the last line install.
