Bug Description

Sound runs normally on Laptop Speakers and external speakers as well. When I connect the Digital TV to the HDMI port, I only get display but no sound. HDMI sound works perfectly in Windows 7. There is no option in sound settings for HDMI Sound either.

Since the most recent kernel upgrade I am experiencing these symptoms.

I try:

killall pulseaudio
pulseaudio -D

after a reboot it seems to work again, but not when the laptop goes to sleep mode and comes back

your nvidia sell have problems unknown header and unknown power setting
