[Inspiron N5050, IDT 92HD87B1/3, Speaker, Internal] No sound at all

The internal speakers were working fine and I was watching a movie till all of a sudden they stopped roducing any sound and it has been so for a week. When I boot into windows(Dual boot), it shows I've got a sound device installed but no sound either
