[AV200 - Xonar DS, playback] fails after suspend / resume

Bug Description

Xonar DS sound card outputs happily through all of its audio connectors, including the front audio jacks. However, it completely stops working after suspend / resume, even after running 'sudo alsa reload'. This is a regression from Ubuntu 12.10.

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
