Bug Description

The sound icon is not showing that the sound is muted but the mute button is on. I have to pres the mute button twice to enable the sound again however after a few seconds the mute button switches back on (?!) (and this repeats over and over).
It might be pulse related bug. Not sure.

PulseAudio Log: Can not recreate the bug. I got rid of it by restarting a few times and it went away (?!). Now that bug doesn't want to pop out again so .. AlsaInfo is the only useful thing I can provide at this time.

Thanks for taking a look and helping out with this!

Regards,
Donald
